privacy

this is a small, independent artist site. i collect the minimum needed to send you updates and respond to your messages. i don't sell your information and i don't run ad tracking on this site.

what i collect

two things happen on this site that collect information you provide:

• newsletter signup. first name and email address, so i can email you when there's new work.
• commission inquiry form. name, email, and the message you write — so i can reply.

additionally, my hosting provider (cloudflare) automatically logs your ip address and browser type for every visit. this is standard infrastructure logging and is used to operate and protect the site, not for marketing.

how i use it

• send you the studio newsletter (with a clear unsubscribe link in every email).
• respond to commission inquiries you send through the form.
• keep the site online and secure.

i do not sell, rent, or trade your information. i do not share it with marketers or data brokers.

who i share it with

to run the site, i use a small number of third-party services. they only receive what's needed to do their job:

• mailchimp — stores newsletter subscribers and sends emails. mailchimp privacy policy.
• cloudflare — hosting, domain, content delivery, and form data storage. cloudflare privacy policy.

what's stored in your browser

after you sign up, your name and email are saved in your browser's local storage so you don't have to re-enter them on return visits. i also use this to remember whether you've signed up at all. clearing your browser's site data removes it.

i do not use cookies for advertising or analytics tracking.

your rights

you can:

• unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
• see what i have on you, change it, or delete it — email [email protected] and i'll handle it.
• if you're in the eu / uk (gdpr) or california (ccpa), you have additional formal rights to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete your data. email me and i'll honor them.

retention

newsletter subscribers stay on the list until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove you. commission inquiries are kept until i've replied and the project is resolved (or you ask me to delete them).

children

this site isn't directed at children under 13, and i don't knowingly collect information from them.

changes

if i make a meaningful change to how i handle your information, i'll update this page and bump the date at the top. for material changes affecting current subscribers, i'll also send a heads-up by email.
